IMPERIUM PARIS – Return and Refund Policy
1. General
By placing an order with IMPERIUM PARIS, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
You have the right to decide within 14 days of receiving your order whether you wish to keep the product (the so-called "cooling-off period").
2. Conditions for Returns
- The product must not show any damage or signs of use that did not occur due to our fault.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying labels.
- The return request must be submitted within the 14-day cooling-off period or within the time frame specified by us, unless otherwise stated.
3. Incorrectly Delivered Product
- If we accidentally ship the wrong item (e.g., a different model or color than ordered), you may return it free of charge.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can initiate the return procedure.
- In this case, shipping costs will be reimbursed by IMPERIUM PARIS.
4. Wrong Size (Customer's Fault)
- If you have ordered the wrong size, you may still return the item provided it meets the general conditions (see point 2).
- In this case, we will charge a one-time fee of €8.50 for the return shipping and administration.
- Upon receiving the returned product, depending on availability, we can send you the correct size or refund the purchase amount (minus €8.50).
5. Refund
- Once we have received the product in good condition, the purchase amount (possibly reduced by €8.50 if applicable) will be refunded via the payment method used for the purchase within 14 working days.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged due to misuse or does not meet the return conditions.
6. Liability and Force Majeure
- IMPERIUM PARIS is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues).
- These return and refund conditions are not intended to exclude any statutory rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law.
